Adding the Third Dimension

  1. 1) Affiliation/Appliances/Partnering/Hosting/Co-opetition (Cooperative Competition)
  2. 2) Ask yourself -"Who else is currently dealing with the Desired Customer we want to get to?"
  3. 3) Determine possible links with potential hosts
  4. 4) Negotiate Win-Win relationships with the hosts
  5. 5) Also ask yourself -"Who else might want to get access to the customers that I already have?"

Examples

1) A small winery may approach restaurants to gain access to their clients through wine and
meal offers

2) 'Piggyback' mailing -a business sends out a letter on their letterhead endorsing another firm's product or service

3) Spheres of Influence -work with the Banks to run Wally/FFR and BD services with their clients. They may require a % of fees generated
